We have 2 classes per week. One with babies and one without. You can book to do 6 or 12 work outs a week then join us at Hale fitness for a group work out. Meet some like minded mums and get in some ME TIME!!!

On week 5 we release the next slots which will roll on to the next week so you can keep on coming!
