Winter knits, For hiding all sins

Winter knits, For hiding all sins

Oh Mm Gee are we really giving up on summer, what did we have? Two whole days of sunshine? Even that was enough to make front page of the Daily Fail. Jeez thanks GB I almost got a freckle. The sad reality is, I have already stocked up on winter knits, I LOVE knitwear, perfect for the rugby season and this year even more so, as anything that is comfy and can stretch over my double baby gut is on my win list. Ironically I picked a couple up whilst chasing the sun in Spain, everyone knows Zara is best in Spain and they unsurprisingly never runs low on stock when it comes to their knitwear which can not be the same for UK. It was also whilst I was packing for said trip I noticed how bobbly last years very loved jumpers had got. So we have put together a list of BUY IT NOWS!! before they are gone and your left in last years bobbles. Clink the links to buy.

Zara has some great knitwear in at the moment, but be quick because it seems to be selling out fast. This Fringed sweater Zara  is one of the jumpers I picked up whilst away, I love the different patterns and fringing. Who doesn't love fringing? Its a real statement and paired with jeans and pretty slip ons, it is ideal for this weird weather. The other knit I bought was Oversized roll neck sweater Zara you may have seen me in it on insta. I love it! It is so warm and cosy, it has really got me excited for winter (how sad do I sound)! Both are nice and long in the body to help cover bump, or camel toe, although apparently the camel is back in?

I love Mohair!! It does get everywhere, BUT it must be one of the prettiest when it comes to malting jumpers. This Mohair jumper  & Other Stories is great, it also comes in yellow and is oversized and slightly shear over the body with thicker neck and cuffs. & Other Stories has some brilliant knitwear in at the moment, go and check them out.

Last I have added two cardigans, Ribbed cable knit Cardigan M&S. This is a real chunky knit and holds its shape really well. Perfect to throw on with a strappy Tee and ripped jeans. Finally some colour ( I am Mrs beige, sorry) The Red Cable Cardigan Next. I love this oversized look and the bright red will liven up any outfit. Wear instead of a coat whilst the weather figures out what its doing or with a leather jacket thrown over your shoulders to look Tres Chic. We love!

Lastly you may recognise this knit from Laurens last insta post. This beautiful wide v-neck jumper is perfect for the autumnal transition that is flashing by and adding that much needed colour to our black wardrobes. H&M are not stocking the colour coral like Laurens' online but check in your local store, they do however have this light pink, baby blue, grey and khaki. We have also picked out another light pink loose knit jumper that would be the perfect throw on with jeans and converse for the ultimate playground chic. H&M does AMAZING knitwear, it was hard to choose just two so we urge you to go and have a rummage on their knitwear section. Certainly not one to blow the bank, you can stock up for the months ahead and we guarantee everyone will be asking you were you got it from.
